As HSE Advisor you are given the opportunity to partner with project teams across Built, influence positive safety outcomes and help strengthen the safety culture that underpins everything we do. You will work closely with operational leaders, contribute to meaningful projects and play a key role in ensuring our people go home safe every day.

The Opportunity

As an HSE Advisor, you will provide practical support and guidance to project teams, helping them drive the National HSE Strategy, while promoting Built's commitment to health, safety and environmental excellence. Success in this role is about building trusted relationships, influencing safe behaviours and ensuring our systems are effective, practical and embedded across our sites.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partnering with project teams to implement and monitor project HSE Plans and Built's HSE management systems.
• Influencing positive HSE behaviours and supporting the continued development of a strong safety culture across site teams.
• Monitoring project safety performance, milestones and key HSE indicators, providing insights and recommendations to operational leaders.
• Supporting incident reporting, investigations and corrective actions to drive continuous improvement.
• Delivering HSE training, coaching and guidance to project teams while contributing to Built's Worthy Site Behaviours program.
• Assisting with internal and external audits and supporting project teams to achieve successful HSE outcomes.
