The Role: In Home Support Worker
As a Support Worker with us, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our valued clients. Your responsibilities will include:

Who We're Looking For:
We're seeking dedicated and empathetic individuals who possess the following qualities:

• Compassion: Genuine empathy and a caring nature to support clients with kindness and understanding. 
• Reliability: A dependable and responsible attitude towards fulfilling your duties. 
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with clients and team members. 
• Initiative: Proactive and self-motivated individuals who can adapt to various situations and think on their feet. 
• Experience: Previous experience in a support worker role is desirable, but not essential. If you have the right attitude and commitment, we will provide the training! 

Candidates Must Have or be willing to obtain: 

• NDIS Screening Check 
• WWCC 
• Police Check - issued within the past 12 months 
• Covid & Flu vaccinations 
• Drivers Licence 
• Current first aid & cpr certification 
• BONUS: Early morning availability (from 6:30am) highly desired OR 
• BONUS: Evening availability (until 9pm) highly desired.
