The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:
Experience in carriage of family law matters from inception to conclusionExperience in representing litigants before the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, including Court appearances and instructing CounselPrecise legal drafting skills Strong attention to detail and quality in all work Excellent interpersonal and client management skillsExcellent organisational skillsStrong interest in continuous professional development and upskillingWillingness to work in a collegiate team environment
