Social Media Specialist (Gold Coast)

About You

You will be an experienced, creative, and strategic thinker, with at least 2 years of experience in the Social Media Advertising (SMA) space.

You will need demonstrable results and most importantly - tenacity. With knowledge of SMA and its application across all social media platforms, such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Google Ads.

We are exciting and love what we do, so you’ll need to be able to work in this fun and dynamic industry while remaining task orientated. 

It’s important that you can work both independently and as part of a team to manage a wide range of tasks.  Although our team is always on hand to help and collaborate, we will be looking for a self-starter with great initiative and strong research qualities, who is able to use their initiative. 

The Role

You will be ambitious, driven to succeed, and a desire to be the best in the industry.

You will also be working with the team to collaborate on existing and new brands/businesses. You will bring your strategic/creative thinking to the table that will allow us to achieve the best results we can for our clients!

You should have expertise in the following:

·         Great marketing principles 

·         Strong communication skills

·         Knowledge of Facebook Advertising (and Google Adwords/LinkedIn Ads, if possible).

·         Good competency of social media platforms.

·         Eagerness to learn

·         Digital strategy for brands

·         Client communication

·         Creating and testing advertisements

·         Finding new ways to innovate/optimise existing campaigns

·         Account management

·         Learning and personal development

·         Data analysis and optimisation 

·         Creating reports for clients

• Develop, execute, and optimise cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch.
  
• Work cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organisation.
  
• Provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders.
  
• Define, measure, and evaluate relevant paid media KPIs.
  
• Build out media buys for various ad platforms and oversee the day-to-day execution of paid media.
  
• Oversee and manage the overall paid media budget.
  
• Conduct in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping and audience targeting.
  
• Ensure media projects are successfully planned and executed
  
• Contribute to the growth of our clients via paid media strategies.
  
• ​Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies.
