As WA’s leading builder of playgrounds, skate parks, civic spaces and public open spaces, we’re looking for an experienced Site Supervisor ready to lead from the front and deliver projects that truly make an impact.

What you'll be doing (and the impact you'll make):

• Lead from the front: Take ownership of site operations from set-out to practical completion. Coordinate crews, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality.

• Drive construction excellence: Interpret drawings and specifications, manage site logistics, and ensure works are prepared ahead of schedule. You’ll bring both hard and soft landscape expertise to every stage of delivery.

• Manage resources & performance: Oversee labour allocations, monitor productivity, track materials and manage plant and equipment to ensure commercial outcomes align with project budgets.

• Own site communication: Maintain daily site diaries and reporting, coordinate with Operations and Contracts team, manage RFIs and assist with variations and scope clarification.

• Safety is non-negotiable: Lead WHS compliance on site. Conduct inductions, ensure SWMS adherence, and create a culture where safety and professionalism are embedded in everything we do.

• Mentor and develop: Provide leadership and guidance to tradespeople, apprentices and subcontractors. Build capability within the team and lead by example.
  

What you'll bring to the table:

• Proven experience as a Landscape Site Supervisor or Tradesperson ready to step up

• Strong knowledge of hardscape and softscape construction techniques

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Commercial awareness and understanding of labour allowances and productivity

• White Card & First Aid Certificate

• Current Driver’s Licence

• Trade Certificate in Landscape Construction (highly regarded)
