About the RoleBased in Melbourne, you’ll be part of our growing local team while working closely with our Sydney Head Office, credit and operations teams. This is a frontline business development position ideal for a commercial lending professional with 3–5 years’ experience. You will be responsible for developing new commercial lending opportunities across the Melbourne market, building strong broker and referral relationships, managing opportunities through the lending process, and directly contributing to the growth of our Melbourne business.

Key Responsibilities• Develop and expand Vestyn Capital’s presence across the Melbourne broker and professional referral market• Build relationships with brokers, accountants, advisers, property professionals and other referral partners• Handle scenarios, provide product guidance and manage the lending process• Represent Vestyn Capital at Melbourne-based networking events and industry forums• Meet agreed origination and settlement targets• Collaborate with credit and operations teams to progress deals smoothly - Act withintegrity and professionalism in all dealings
Skills and Experience• 3–5 years’ experience in commercial lending, financial sales or BDM roles• Confidence in managing broker/client relationships and pipelines• Solid foundation of commercial loan products and lending scenarios• Clear communication and good interpersonal skills• Highly organised, self-motivated and target-driven• Open to coaching, constructive feedback and career development
