Supply Officer

Full-time Permanent

Salary packaging available up to $15,900 for living expenses (mortgage/rent etc.) and $2,650 for meals and entertainment. 

Bethesda Health Care, with an enviable reputation for personalised and high-quality patient care, is seeking applications from motivated supply personnel to join our small but efficient Supply team.

Reporting to the Supply Manager, the supply officer is responsible for the replenishment of imprest stock, processing internal inventory requests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring the warehouse is neat, tidy and stock levels are accurate as well as the management of vendor deliveries needs.

About You

You will bring strong attention to detail, a practical understanding of stock control, and the ability to maintain accurate inventory records in a busy hospital environment. You will be comfortable prioritising competing requests, communicating clearly with internal departments and external suppliers, and following established procedures to ensure clinical teams have the supplies they need when they need them

Essential

• Ability to demonstrate and work within the Bethesda Health Care Values at all times

• Minimum 2 years previous experience working in warehousing or logistics with medical and hospital supplies, equipment and supply processes and requirements

• Proficient computer skills in inventory management systems

• Working effectively as part of a team

• Proven time management skills, able to work under pressure to meet deadlines

• Determining and exceeding customer expectations

• Building and sustaining relationships with colleagues and customers

• Current police check (no more than 6 months old)

• Full working rights in Australia
