Qualified Plumber / Maintenance

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our on-site team, delivering general maintenance services within a respected and well-established 24/7 healthcare facility. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a stable day shift roster while working across a diverse environment including a hospital, aged care, and early learning centre setting.

In this role, you will be responsible for a broad range of plumbing and maintenance duties, including:

• Performing general plumbing and maintenance tasks across the facility
• Troubleshooting and repairing plumbing systems
• Ensuring all work complies with safety and quality standards
• Tracking and reporting maintenance issues
• Conducting routine quality and safety checks on equipment
• Completing physically demanding internal and external maintenance and cleaning duties
• Managing your time effectively and working independently to meet daily requirements
• Communicating effectively with patients, residents, caregivers, and staff
• Applying (or being willing to learn) strong Work Health & Safety practices

Essential:

• Current Plumbing Licence (including Drainer and Gas Fitter)
• Willingness to participate in a 3-off, 1-on, on-call roster (attracts allowance)
• Reliable transport

Highly Desirable (or willingness to obtain):

• White Card (Construction Induction)
• TMV (Thermostatic Mixing Valve) endorsement
• Backflow prevention device endorsement
