Synergie is seeking a Hook Driver for a leading waste management company located in Beresfield

The important parts:

Monday to Friday
4:30am start up to 10 hours days
Pay Rate: $45.72 PH

Key Responsibilities

• Operate hook lift vehicles and associated equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and operational instructions
• Conduct daily maintenance and pre-start safety checks on vehicles/equipment
• Maintain a high standard of vehicle presentation (inside and out)

Essential Requirements

• Heavy Rigid (HR) Licence (Australia) or Class 4 Licence (NZ)
• Proven experience operating hook lift / hook collection vehicles
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures
• Reliable with a commitment to attendance and punctuality

 Desirable Experience

• Previous experience in the waste industry
• Additional hook driver/operator experience

 The Ideal Candidate

• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Safety-focused mindset
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good mechanical aptitude
