We're looking for dedicated individuals to join our client's contact centre team as a Customer Service Specialist . This is a great opportunity to start a full time contract with a well-respected company, with the possibility of extending your career long-term. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent service and working within a positive, supportive team culture.

What You'll Do:

Be the first point of contact for customers with escalated inquiries. Listen with empathy and provide solutions for complex situations. Look for opportunities to go above and beyond for customers.

Help shape and improve the customer experience. About You:

Proven experience in a customer service or call centre environment. Exceptional telephone manner and excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to manage a high volume of calls while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

A talent for problem-solving and effective dispute resolution. Strong data entry and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Have a natural ability to empathise with customers and a caring nature.

A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. What We Offer:
