About the Role

As a Senior Café Supervisor, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the café, leading and supporting the team, maintaining high service standards and ensuring our guests receive an exceptional experience.

This is a hands-on position suited to someone who is confident working in a busy hospitality environment, can take ownership of a shift and lead a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage options to customers.

·         Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.

·         Assist with food preparation and service, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.

·         Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café area.

·         Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.

·         Lead and supervise café staff during assigned shifts.

About You

We are looking for someone who has:

• 3+ years of hospitality or café experience, with senior/supervisory experience highly regarded

• Strong leadership and team-management skills

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• The ability to remain calm and organised in a busy environment

• A strong understanding of café and hospitality operations

• A positive, professional and reliable attitude

• The ability to work independently and make confident decisions

• A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering a great guest experience

• Flexibility to work across a range of shifts throughout the week

Hours & Availability

The role requires flexibility across operating hours of 8:00am – 12:00am, with varying shifts throughout the week.

Availability across mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and peak periods will be required.
