Project Administrator

MW Civil & Earthmoving is seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join our team on a FIFO 2:1 roster from Perth.

This is a site-based opportunity working closely with our project delivery team across major civil and mining infrastructure works in Western Australia.

We are looking for someone who has strong document controller experience, familiarity with construction quality control documentation and systems including Aconex , highly organised and confident working directly with the client in a fast-paced project environment.

About the Role

As Project Administrator, you will work closely with the Project Manager, Engineers and site team to support the administration of the project.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing day-to-day contract administration

• Maintaining document registers and communications

• Controlling documentation numbering and distribution

• Assisting with procurement , invoicing and purchase orders

• Supporting site team with flights, accommodation and transfers by liaising with Client.

• Supporting Project Managers and Engineers with reporting

• Attending client and project meetings if required to draft and prepare meeting records

• Maintaining strong relationships with the client and project team

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• 5 years experience as a Project Administrator / Document Controller within civil construction, mining or infrastructure

• Experience working in a client-facing project environment

• Attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organisational and time-management skills
