Butcher (Portion Control)

An opportunity exists for a fulltime Butcher that specialises in portion control at our Bidfood branch located in Malaga.

About the role:

Classic Meats Perth supplies portion control and all processed meat requirements to our network of foodservice distribution facilities that supply to hotels, restaurants, clubs and institutions across Perth.

Duties:

• Prepare, portion cut and pack fresh meat

• Ensure customer requirements are met

• Maintain product integrity and time constraints

• Maintain a clean workspace and adhere to OH&S

Skills and Experience:

• Butchery certificate

• Specialist in portion control

• Experience with high-volume cutting

• A sound knowledge of stock control procedures

• Excellent people skills and communication

• Ability to work under pressure

• Precision and attention to detail
