Client Relationship Manager - North Sydney

The Role

To support Senior Financial Advisers in the provision of advice and ongoing service to new and existing clients. To ensure the professional and courteous delivery of service to the clients and increase productivity for the Adviser.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Build strong client relationships to anticipate future client needs.
• Manage client service and administrative functions. 
• Meet and Greet clients upon arrival and be the first point of contact for all customer enquiries. 
• Onboard new clients and assist with any ongoing management.
• Completing all implementation - processing and follow up of applications.
• Review and assist in improving processes.
• Contribute ideas/suggestions during team meetings and one-on-one with the management team
• Assist in month reporting and any ongoing compliance requirements. 

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Financial Services or related
  experience
• Excellent communication skills and eye for detail
• Background in building relationship with clients 
• Exposure to multiple institutions
• Experience with Salesforce CRM
