DevelopmentWA is the Western Australian Government's land and property development agency, delivering major residential, industrial, commercial, urban renewal and regional development projects across metropolitan and regional Western Australia. DevelopmentWA plays a critical role in housing supply, economic growth, industry diversification and major State priorities.

The Opportunity

The Board is seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer to lead the organisation through its next phase of growth and delivery. Reporting to the Board, the CEO will provide strategic leadership across a complex statewide portfolio, balancing commercial discipline, public value, governance, stakeholder confidence and delivery outcomes.

About You

• Proven CEO or senior executive leadership experience within a large, complex and high-profile organisation.

• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to balance financial performance, public value and long-term strategic outcomes.

• Demonstrated success leading major property, infrastructure, development, housing, government or similarly complex organisations.

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the credibility to engage effectively with Boards, Ministers, government, industry and community leaders.

• A proven ability to navigate complexity, lead change and deliver results in dynamic and evolving environments.

• An authentic, values-led leadership style that fosters high performance, collaboration, integrity and accountability.
