The Opportunity
We are seeking casual Production Operators to join our manufacturing team at our Yandina wet plant facility. 

In our wet plant, we produce premium ready-to-use renders, textures and protective coatings used to create durable, decorative finishes on homes and commercial buildings across Australia and New Zealand. This is a hands-on role where you will build your skills through a structured training and competency program while working across our production plant.

Shift Hours and Casual Hourly Rates - Let us know your preferred ongoing shift
Morning Shift: $36.05 per hour. Monday - Thursday, 5:00am–3:00pm

OR

Afternoon Shift: $41.45 per hour. Monday - Thursday , 1.00pm to 11.00pm

Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week.

Casual roles working up to 38 hours per week, with opportunity for progression to a full-time position for the right person. Forklift licence is essential.

Responsibilities
You will be trained across a variety of production tasks including:

• Preparing and weighing raw materials for production batches

• Mixing products using industrial mixers and automated systems

• Operating filling and packing equipment

• Conducting quality checks and recording production data

• Handling materials and replenishing stock to maintain production flow

• Maintaining housekeeping and safety standards across the plant

About You
We are looking for someone who is:

• Reliable with a strong work ethic

• Positive and willing to learn

• Able to follow instructions and procedures

• Comfortable with physical work and lifting up to 25kg

• Safety-focused with good attention to detail.

• LF forklift licence essential, along with a current driver’s licence and reliable transport.

• Manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential.
