About The Role

Start as a Junior. Become a Surveyor.

We’ll give you the training and practical experience to develop from a junior team member into a confident, independent surveyor.

Your career progression can look like:

Trainee → Junior Surveyor → Surveyor → Senior Surveyor

What you'll be doing

As you develop, you’ll gain experience in areas such as:

• Setting out construction works

• Taking accurate measurements and levels

• Using total stations, GPS and other surveying equipment

• Reading plans and interpreting construction drawings

• Checking construction works against design

• Recording and reporting survey information

• Working with site supervisors, engineers and project teams

• Solving practical problems on active construction sites

You’ll start with support and guidance and progressively take on more responsibility as your skills and confidence grow.

Previous surveying experience is helpful but not essential. We’re more interested in finding someone with the right attitude and potential to develop.
