ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

As a Part-Time Retail Assistant at our new Black Pepper Whitford store, you'll be the friendly face customers turn to for styling advice, helping them find the perfect fit while keeping the store looking clean, inviting, and on-brand. You'll pitch in with stock management, work closely with your team, and bring a positive, can-do energy to every shift. If you love fashion, take pride in great service, and want flexible, rewarding work in a supportive retail team, this role is for you.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Deliver outstanding customer service to create a positive, memorable shopping experience
• Help customers find the right products and offer styling advice tailored to their needs
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the register
• Restock and replenish merchandise to keep product availability on point
• Support day-to-day store operations, including stock control and visual merchandising
• Collaborate with the team to help meet sales targets and store goals

ABOUT YOU

• You're passionate about styling and love helping customers feel their best, making their day a little brighter
• You bring experience in a customer-facing sales or retail role, working well as part of a team
• You can commit to a set shift pattern, with flexibility to help out during peak trade periods
• You know how to read the room and adapt your selling style to suit each customer
• You communicate confidently and build rapport easily with customers and colleagues alike
