Casual Cleaner

Rain & Shine Cleaning Co. is looking for a reliable, hardworking and genuinely caring Cleaning Team Member to join our growing team.

We are a small, supportive and professional cleaning business that takes pride in providing a high-quality, personalised service to our clients. Our cleaners are an important part of the Rain & Shine team, and we are looking for someone who shares our commitment to reliability, attention to detail and exceptional customer service.

About the Role

As a Cleaning Team Member, you will play an important role in maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene and presentation of our clients' residential properties.

The role will involve travelling to various client properties throughout the local area and completing cleaning services to a consistently high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete high-quality residential cleaning services, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, wiping and sanitising.

• Complete high-quality residential cleaning services, as required.

• Follow Rain & Shine Cleaning Co. procedures and health and safety requirements.

• Provide friendly, respectful and professional service to our clients.

• Work efficiently and take pride in consistently delivering our high standard of service.

• Maintain accurate records of work completed.

• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and the Rain & Shine team.

• Report any maintenance issues, damage or concerns identified while working at a property.

Previous residential cleaning experience is highly advantageous but is not essential. Full training will be provided to the right person.

Requirements

• Right to work in Australia.

• Current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one.

• Minimum availability of 10 hours per week.

• Current Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle, as travel between client properties is required.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
