Inspection Manager - Property Management

We are seeking a highly organised Inspection Manager to conduct property inspections across our portfolio. This role is ideal for a detail-driven professional with strong leadership skills and a solid background in property management, compliance, and condition reporting.

Employment Type: Full Time/Part Time

Salary: Negotiable

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and conduct routine property inspections

• Develop and maintain inspection schedules to ensure compliance and consistency

• Write and review inspection reports, photos, and documentation for accuracy and quality

• Identify maintenance, safety, and compliance issues and liaise with Property Managers

• Ensure inspections meet company standards and legal requirements

Qualifications

• Knowledge of residential property standards, maintenance, and compliance

• Excellent attention to detail and reporting skills

• Ability to manage multiple inspections and deadlines

• Proficiency with inspection and property management software

• Valid driver’s licence

• CBS Property Management licence

• Current police check
