Manager, Technology Operations Risk Manager

What role will you play?

As a Manager in our Technology Operational Risk, you will play a key role in coordinating and delivering complex risk programs of work across the business. You will collaborate with teams across Assurance, Banking and Wealth Products, Technology, Line 2 Risk and other stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation. You will work with stakeholders across Banking and Financial Services to drive a strong, proactive risk culture and a clear understanding of the risk framework.

What You Offer

Technology expertise with operational risk management or assurance experience. Ability to think laterally, problem solve and grasp abstract concepts and complex situations. Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to initiate and lead conversations with business leaders and risk management colleagues regarding anticipated and emerging issues are essential.Strong knowledge with IT General controls & processes such as Software Development Life Cycle, Access and Cybersecurity.Good understanding of financial services environment and technology platform such as public cloud / SaaS. Exposure to Agile / DevOps / SRE principles will be advantageous.
