Location: Sydney CBD

Employment Type: Ongoing full-time

Salary: Clerk Grade 5/6 ranging from $102,936 to $113,579 + Super

 

 

This is a targeted recruitment. Your role

 

• Assist clients to understand the Tribunal process, including encouraging the participation of persons with a disability
• Manage complex cases where there may be significant conflict between parties
• List and prepare matters for hearing, write hearing reports for the Tribunal, prepare, and send documents to clients
• Contact clients to determine how they will participate in Tribunal hearings
• Comply with procedures and legislation relevant to the Tribunal

You will:

• Be interested in supporting people with disability
• Be capable of being professional with challenging clients
• Be willing to develop your skills and knowledge of legislation, legal principles, and procedures
• Have strong communication and negotiation skills
• Have experience working in a high-volume environment with set timeframes
• Be able to manage your individual workload independently and efficiently
• Have an ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy
