Business Development Manager - Technology

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to grow our Technology Solutions portfolio across the East Coast mining market.

What We Are Looking For
This is a senior business development role focused on generating and converting opportunities across autonomous drilling, haul-truck modernisation and electrification, automation, digital mining and emerging technologies.

You will build relationships with senior mining stakeholders, understand their operational challenges and position FLANDERS as a trusted technology partner.

Here's What You'll Do

• Develop new business and grow strategic mining accounts across the East Coast
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, from initial opportunity through to contract award
• Develop relationships with mine operators, engineering leaders and operational decision-makers
• Present technology solutions that deliver clear operational and commercial value
• Work with engineering and product teams to develop tailored proposals and solutions
• Maintain accurate forecasts and represent FLANDERS at customer sites and industry events

Here's What You'll Need

• At least seven years' experience in business development, technical sales or account management
• Strong mining, industrial technology or automation industry experience
• Proven success closing complex technical sales with multiple stakeholders
• A sound understanding of mining operations and decision-making processes
• Strong commercial, negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout Australia

Experience in mining, drilling technology, fleet systems, haul trucks, electrification, automation or operational technology will be highly regarded.
