About the role

We are looking for a new Manager for WildNets Port Macquarie. Full time position (76 hour fortnight) with regular work on weekends, public and school holidays.

Responsibilities include ensuring and improving;

• the performance and profitability of site operations;

• a productive and cohesive team work environment;

• staff training and recruitment;

• staff and customer satisfaction;

• Event planning and management; and

• site safety,

through your day-to-day hands on leadership and management actions.

You will report directly to the Company’s Owners and have a responsibility for developing positive working relationships with all other team members as well as customers and suppliers.

Skills and experience

• Leadership - management and team leadership is essential

• Passion - for sharing great experiences in the natural environment

• Customer Service - proven experience in delivering top customer service

• Safety - excellent ability to maintain focus on safety and remain calm under stressful circumstances

• Physically and Mentally Fit and capable of working at heights and managing stressful situations. Must be able to personally participate and successfully complete each high ropes experience.

• First Aid - current First Aid certificate is required

• Working With Children Check - also required
