Green Real Estate Agency is seeking an experienced and organised Property Manager to join our team in West Ryde. This is a full-time role managing a residential property portfolio, with support from our leasing, accounts and administration team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Manager looking for a stable long-term position within a well-established local agency with a strong and growing rent roll.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties

• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants

• Coordinate maintenance and repairs

• Manage rent arrears and tenant-related matters

• Conduct and coordinate routine inspections

• Manage lease renewals and rent reviews

• Prepare and issue notices and property management documentation

• Handle landlord and tenant enquiries

• Manage tribunal matters when required

• Maintain accurate property and tenancy records

• Ensure properties are managed in accordance with NSW residential tenancy legislation

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 1 year experience in residential property management preferred

• Experience using PropertyMe, Snug, VaultRE and Ignite

• NSW Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence required

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Confident dealing with landlords and tenants

• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Good understanding of NSW residential tenancy legislation

• Ability to work independently while being part of a team

• Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle required
