About the role

As a Project Manager in the City Projects team, you will lead the delivery of construction projects, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing construction and infrastructure projects

• Coordinating contractors, consultants and stakeholders

• Managing project budgets, schedules, risks and contracts

• Building strong relationships and driving successful project outcomes 

You can also expect to:

• Monitor project budgets, progress claims, variations and extensions of time.

• Provide advice on project delivery, contract management and regulatory requirements.

• Undertake quality, safety and environmental compliance reviews, including site inspections.

• Participate in procurement activities, including tender evaluation and contractor engagement.

• Liaise with stakeholders and respond to community enquiries throughout the project lifecycle.

• Manage project financial close-out and capitalisation in accordance with Council policies and procedures.

Salary: $124,203 - $139,107 plus superannuation.
