Duty Manager

One For the Road is a family-owned hospitality group that operates four large venues including South Beach Hotel, Federal Boutique Hotel, 8 Knots Tavern and Bicton Tavern. The family friendly and food orientated venues are located within the Fremantle area offering a quality customer experience in comfort and style.

We are seeking an experienced and career minded Duty Manager to join our talented team at the Federal Hotel. The venue has a strong food and beverage offering, along with sport, entertainment, and a busy function calendar.

The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to:

·         Venue setup and close.

·         Cash handling and management.

·         Staff management.

·         Stock take and control.

·         Customer relations.

·         Strong customer focus.

·         Responsible health and safety compliance.

·         Responsible RSA and RGL compliance.

·         Implementation of systems and process.

·         High level of self presentation.

·         Maintaining venue standards.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

·         RSA and approved management card.

·         Previous experience in Management.

·         Experience in H&L POS.

·         Experience in Tanda online rostering system. (desirable)

·         TAB experience.

·         Ability to trouble shoot problems and solve them.

·         Intermediate computer skills.

·         First Aid (desirable).

·         Valid Driver’s Licence.

The remuneration is negotiable and will be dependent on experience and skills.
