Junior Lawyer

We are a growing commercial law firm specialising in commercial transactions, insolvency and litigation. The firm acts on high-quality matters for private clients, small business and larger corporations.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior practitioner seeking broad commercial exposure and meaningful responsibility in a supportive small team environment. The successful candidate will assist on, and progressively take carriage of, a range of legal matters across the firm's practice areas.

Work will include:

• litigation and dispute resolution, including complex litigation across various jurisdictions

• commercial transactions, property and retail leasing

• insolvency

• direct file and matter management, client and stakeholder communication.

About You

To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate:

• a genuine interest in commercial transactions and litigation

• strong attention to detail

• excellent organisational skills

• the ability to meet strict deadlines

• strong emotional intelligence

• exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.

Previous experience in a small commercial or litigation team will be highly regarded and preferred.

This role is a face-to-face role in our Sydney CBD office.
