Bulk billing practices usually send the lesion work somewhere else.
This one keeps it. The Medical Director has a background in surgical procedures, skin lesion and cancer management, emergency and internal medicine, and small scale surgery runs on site with nursing support and pathology in the building.

Pick Your Days
The practice manager is flexible on how many or little days you are keen to work. The clinic will also extend its opening times for a doctor who wants evening or after hours work, so a short week here can be built around whatever else your life is carrying.

Pick from 1-6 days a week, days of your choice and sessions to suit your lifestyle.

Remuneration

• $5000 Daily site Billings
• 75% of billings to the GP
• Earn up to $3750 per day
• $200 per hour guaranteed for the first 3 months while books build, which is $1,600 across an 8 hour day

Clinical work

• Excision and repair learned beside a surgically trained lead
• Build a skin list without stepping outside general practice
• Move from biopsy through to definitive excision with support behind you
• Procedural work sits inside the ordinary week

Company, Culture and Site
The practice sits inside a national group of around 50 medical centres, with payroll, administration and back office handled centrally. It is not run as a hardcore corporate. Each site keeps the autonomy to set its own culture and way of working, which in practice means head office absorbs the paperwork and the clinical direction stays in the room. There are sister sites across Sydney's west and south west if you ever want to move without changing employers.

The clinic is a large purpose fitted tenancy with 20 consulting rooms, 16 of them currently free. There are 3 GPs on site, 2 with more than 30 years of experience, and the practice is recruiting on growth rather than replacement. Nursing support and a dedicated practice manager are on site, along with 4Cyte pathology, a counsellor and psychotherapist, HotDoc online booking and Best Practice software. Onsite parking is available.
