Finance Manager / Finance Director

Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Finance Manager / Finance Director to lead financial planning, reporting, analysis, and financial management activities. The role involves overseeing budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow management, financial controls, and performance analysis. You will provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making, monitor business performance, identify financial risks and opportunities, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information. The role also includes developing financial policies and processes, supporting business planning, managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting and regulatory requirements. QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent education in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.Ability to analyze financial statements, business performance, profitability, working capital, and key financial metrics.Strong understanding of financial controls, risk management, compliance, and corporate governance.Proficiency in Excel and financial management, ERP, or business intelligence systems.Ability to develop financial models, forecasts, budgets, scenario analyses, and management reports.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business recommendations.Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.Ability to establish effective financial processes, improve operational efficiency, and maintain high standards of financial accuracy.Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business drivers, financial risks, and growth opportunities.Ability to manage multiple priorities, make sound financial judgments, and operate effectively in a dynamic business environment.High level of integrity, accountability, attention to detail, and commitment to financial transparency.
