About the Role

As our Crane Coordinator / Fleet Controller, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the business, ensuring our fleet, operators, and customers are coordinated efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for incoming bookings and customer enquiries.

• Schedule and allocate cranes, operators, and support personnel to meet customer requirements.

• Coordinate daily fleet movements to maximise efficiency and utilisation.

• Schedule fleet maintenance and manage compliance requirements, including inspections, permits, and critical service dates.

• Organise and liaise with subcontractors when required.

• Maintain clear communication with customers, operators, and the management team to ensure jobs run smoothly.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Strong organisational and time management abilities.

• The ability to think on your feet, stay calm under pressure and solve problems in a fast moving and ever changing environment.

• High attention to detail.

• Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
