What you’ll be responsible forReporting to the Sales Manager within our Certification team, you'll own new business growth for ISO certification services across Australia.
Build and manage your own pipeline of ISO certification opportunities nationallyConvert inbound enquiries and consultant-partner referrals into new businessKeep your pipeline accurate in Salesforce and your forecasts on time, every timeBuild lasting relationships across a network of 230+ business consultant partnersPartner with our scheduling and finance teams to get every deal over the lineBring field insight back to the team to help sharpen how we sell
Who we’re looking forYou don't need an ISO or certification background — we'll teach you that. What we can't teach is sales instinct.
You'll bring:Proven sales experience in a business development or new-business roleGenuine drive, curiosity and follow-up discipline — you chase things down, not upA customer-first approach to every enquiry, from first contact to signed dealConfidence working in Salesforce or a similar CRMBased in Sydney, with the flexibility to meet clients face to face when needed
