About The Position

Lead, supervise and motivate a team of more than 100 employees to achieve operational excellenceRecruit, train, mentor and develop team members while fostering a positive workplace culturePrepare staff rosters and effectively manage labour costs and workforce planningOversee the daily operations of the restaurant ensuring smooth and efficient serviceMonitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve profitabilityManage inventory levels, preparation, storage and stock ordering to ensure continuous product availability and minimise wasteEnsure compliance with Food Safety Standards and OH&S legislation to ensure safety for both our guests and employeesResolve customer enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner to maintain high guest satisfactionConduct regular performance reviews and monitor the ongoing training processMaintain restaurant presentation, cleanliness and equipment in accordance with the GYG brand standardsPrepare operational reports and provide recommendations to improve business performanceEnsure compliance with all company procedures and relevant Australian workplace legislation

Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-energy setting Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to identify sales and P&L opportunities and collaborate on actionable strategies with the teamPrevious success in meeting KPI’s in a similar environmentProven track record of delivering outstanding customer service Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Salary range: $75,000-$85,000 plus superannuation
