Accounts Officer / Receptionist

Gippsland Body Builders is a family owned & operated business that specialize in the manufacturing of truck bodies & semi-trailers.

We are looking for an experienced, reliable and well-organised individual to join our team as Accounts Officer / Receptionist on a Full-Time bassis (School hours available)

Job Description

• Answer incoming calls, reply to email & account enquiries

• Establish & maintain phone and email correspondence

• Bookkeeping using Xero

• Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable

• Payroll

• BAS Lodgements

• Data entry & maintenance of excel spreadsheets including job cards

• Maintain & update filing systems, policies & Procedures etc.

• Other office admin duties as otherwise directed.

Selection Criteria & Required Personal Attributes

• We are looking for someone friendly, efficient, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities with strong computer skills with an attention to detail, oral and written communication skills.

• Honest & Reliable

• Experience with accounting software Xero
