Female Support Worker – Glenelg

The Co-Group are seeking a compassionate and reliable Female Support Worker to provide support to clients across the Glenelg area. This position offers ongoing weekday shifts and is ideal for someone who enjoys building positive relationships with clients while delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

Clients require low to medium care support, with no complex care requirements. We are looking for someone who is professional, calm, and confident communicating with a diverse range of clients.

Shift Details

Shifts are generally available Monday to Friday, with typical hours ranging from 9:00am to 4:00pm. Ongoing work is available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing personal support and assistance to clients
• Supporting clients to maintain independence in their daily routines
• Delivering quality, person-centred care
• Building positive and respectful relationships with clients
• Maintaining professional communication and documentation

Requirements

• Valid Fully Licensed Australian Driver’s Licence
• Access to a comprehensive insured car with 5 seats
• NDIS Module – Quality, Safety & You 
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC) for paid employment
• Blue Card (WWCC) for paid employment
• Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours using approved techniques.
