Café All-Rounders Wanted — Flock and Fork, Lovedale/Pokolbin

Flock and Fork is growing, and we’re looking for 3 enthusiastic Café All-Rounders to join our team in the Lovedale & Pokolbin area.

We’re a busy local neighbourhood café with a beautiful mix of wonderful locals and travellers, and we pride ourselves on creating a warm, welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

We’re looking for people who love being part of a busy café, enjoy working with people and take pride in great coffee, food and service.

What we’re looking for:

☕ Great barista skills — confident making quality coffee in a busy environment
🍹 Drinks service experience — comfortable preparing and serving a range of drinks
🍳 Food handling experience — confident with food preparation, presentation and hygiene
😊 Great customer service — friendly, positive and genuinely enjoy looking after customers
⚡ Fast-paced and reliable — able to stay calm, organised and energetic when things get busy
🤝 Team player — happy to jump in and help wherever needed

What we offer:

• Minimum 20 hours per week, with the opportunity for more

• Thursday–Sunday work

• Some evening/night shifts, but not every week

• A friendly, supportive and energetic team

• A great mix of locals and travellers
