Early childhood educators

Kin Early Learning Centres is seeking enthusiastic Certificate III and Diploma-qualified educators to join our teams at our two services in Queanbeyan.

About the role

As an educator at Kin, you will:

• Build warm, responsive relationships with children and families

• Support the delivery of meaningful, child-led learning experiences

• Contribute to a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment

• Work collaboratively with your room team and service leadership

• Support children’s agency, wellbeing and sense of belonging

• Contribute to observations, planning and reflective practice

• Maintain high standards of supervision, health, safety and compliance

What we are looking for

You will have:

• A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or be actively working towards an approved qualification

• A current NSW Working with Children Check

• A genuine passion for working with young children

• A strong understanding of child safety and active supervision

• A positive, reliable and collaborative approach

• The ability to build respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues

• Current first aid, CPR, asthma and anaphylaxis qualifications, or a willingness to obtain them

• A sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standard
