Process Workers - Baking Industry - VARIOUS SHIFTS AVAILABLE

Have you had experience making dough? Mixing/weighing and operating machinery in a bakery?

Our busy wholesale bakery is based in Wetherill Park, West of Sydney. Due to the expansion of our business and strong growth, we are looking for process workers and dough makers to join our team. 

As the leader in supplying milk buns to Sydney's best restaurants and cafes, we are proud of our products and the dedicated team that makes it all possible.

Several permanent shifts are available. These are

• Monday to Saturday 5pm to 1am

• Monday to Saturday 5.30am to 1.30pm

• Monday to Saturday 1pm - 9pm

Some overtime and may be required, so flexibility is key. 

Duties Include (but are not limited to):

• Weigh, mix, mould, shape dough

• Operate industrial proving cabinets and ovens

• Problem solving of quality and production issues when they arise

• Communicate and report issues with the production and warehouse supervisor

• Maintain cleanliness of bakery, machinery and equipment according to HACCP guidelines

• Follow personal and food hygiene principles

• Work in accordance with OHS regulations

• Maintain equipment

• Other duties as required
