An exciting opportunity exists to be part of the new Mental Health and Wellbeing Local (MHWL) being rolled out across Victoria as part of the ongoing reforms following the Victorian Royal Commission into Mental Health. The Dandenong MHWL will be a key component of Victoria’s reformed mental health and wellbeing system, with Monash Health playing a key role as part of the partnership consortium.
The MHWL will offer a range of mental health and community-based services aimed at supporting some of the most vulnerable members of the community in the Southeast of Melbourne.
We are seeking a Senior Dual Diagnosis Clinician/Educator to join the Dandenong MHWL team on a full-time basis.
About the Role
Improve outcomes for individuals experiencing co‑occurring mental health and substance use concerns by providing specialist assessments and interventions for co‑occurring disorders. This includes AOD comprehensive assessments, secondary consultation, and brief therapeutic interventions.
