Scaffolder

About the Role

We are looking for skilled Scaffolders - of all skill levels, from Intermediate to Advanced - to join our team at our Kwinana works in Western Australia.

You'll be responsible for the safe erection, alteration, and dismantling of scaffolding systems across our mining and industrial project sites, ensuring structures are compliant, safe, and built to specification.

Specifically, you will:

• Erect, alter and dismantle various scaffolding systems safely and efficiently

• Inspect scaffolds to ensure compliance, safety and quality standards are met

• Read and interpret scaffold drawings, plans and work instructions

• Secure, maintain and inspect scaffolding structures during use

• Identify and report hazards, damaged equipment and unsafe conditions

• Participate in toolbox talks and job safety assessments

• Safely handle, store and maintain scaffolding materials and tools

You possess:

• Construction White Card

• Current Australian driver's licence

• High Risk Work Licence

• Working at Heights ticket

• Working in Confined Spaces ticket

• Proven experience in scaffolding in a mining, industrial, or construction environment

• Experience working on major construction, energy, resources or infrastructure projects

• A strong focus on safety, quality and teamwork
