Accounts Administrator (Receivable / Payable)

Our client is a luxury residential builder delivering high-quality custom homes and renovation projects across Perth. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Accounts Admin to join their friendly and supportive team on a full-time basis.
 
Based in modern offices in Perth's northern suburbs, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business offering long-term career stability and a varied role within the residential construction industry.
 
About the Role
Reporting to management, you'll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day accounts and administration functions of the business while assisting the construction team with project administration.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Accounts payable and receivable
• Processing supplier invoices and subcontractor claims
• Bank, creditor and account reconciliations
• Assisting with payroll and payment runs
• Maintaining accurate financial records
• General office administration and reception duties
• Preparing correspondence and project documentation
• Supporting the estimating, construction and management teams
• Processing purchase orders and document control
• Assisting with project administration and record management

About You
To be successful, you will have:

• Previous experience in an accounts and administration role
• Construction or residential building industry experience (preferred)
• Experience using Xero and Procore advantageous 
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• A positive, proactive and team-focused attitude
