Role Description

Due to an influx of projects, we’re accepting applications for an experienced Senior Project Manager or Project Director to oversee the end-to-end delivery of accommodation & living projects ranging from residential, student housing, hotels, high-density, aged care & retirement living

Located in our Sydney CBD office, you’ll be responsible for:   

• Managing all aspects of project delivery from concept to completion, whilst ensuring budget and quality expectations are met. 
• Preparing feasibility studies, business cases and scopes of works. 
• Overseeing tender processes and appointing contractors. 
• Engaging and liaising with consultants. 
• Fostering strong working relationships with delivery partners and key stakeholders.  
• Overseeing contract management, variations and claims. 

  
Candidate Profile  

To be successful in your application, you’ll need demonstrated experience delivering projects across the accommodation & living sectors. A strong established network of contacts across the applicable sectors is desirable, but not essential.

 
You’ll also need: 

• Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with stakeholders.   
• High attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.   
• A willingness to work as part of the Project delivery team, to deliver outstanding outcomes for clients.   
• Qualifications in Development Management, Project Management, Engineering, Construction, or related discipline.
