About the Role

As a Production Planner, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of Production Planning and Scheduling to ensure Manufacturing and Material Requirements Planning reflects anticipated demand and manufacturing requirements that conforms with operational capacity, resources and capability.

You will play a key role in the Operations Team, supporting team performance and working collaboratively across departments to consistently meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage production plans and schedules to ensure customer demand is met while optimizing resources, plant capacity, and inventory levels.

• Maximize the effective use of the ERP system by ensuring accurate and timely entry of demand and production data.

• Monitor production performance and KPIs, driving continuous improvement in efficiency, productivity, and work center utilization.

• Collaborate with Production, Sales, Procurement, and other departments to align demand forecasts, capacity requirements, and production activities.

• Analyze demand and capacity requirements and develop contingency plans to ensure uninterrupted supply and achievement of operational targets.

About You

We are looking for candidates who are reliable and eager to learn. Experience in manufacturing planning and scheduling would be highly regarded.

You will ideally bring:

• Experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations (preferred)

• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy in data management

• Experience with ERP systems (QAD experience advantageous)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
