Sales Representative

About the role

This exciting full-time Sales Representative opportunity within Elite Insulation Services will see you play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth for this leading insulation services provider. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and converting new business opportunities to support the company's continued expansion.

What you'll be doing

• Prospecting and generating new leads through cold calling, networking, and other sales activities

• A current driver's licence is essential for this role to support field-based sales activities

• Negotiating and closing sales deals within defined targets and timelines

• Managing a pipeline of sales opportunities and providing accurate forecasting

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers

• Providing feedback and insights to the business to help shape product development and marketing strategies

What we're looking for

• Proven track record of success in a sales role, ideally within the building/construction materials or services industry

• Minimum 1-2 years of demonstrated sales experience desired

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers

• Highly motivated, target-driven and able to work autonomously to achieve personal and team goals

• Enthusiastic, persistent and resilient in the face of rejection

• Confident in using CRM systems and technology to support the sales process
