As a Trainee Educator, you will:

• Learn alongside experienced Early Childhood Professionals.
• Complete a nationally recognised Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Build nurturing, respectful and responsive relationships with children and families.
• Support the implementation of engaging learning experiences based on children’s interests.
• Assist with daily routines while maintaining a safe, clean and welcoming learning environment.
• Work collaboratively within a large professional team.
• Contribute to maintaining our Exceeding National Quality Standard practices.
