Seamless Interior Linings is looking for an A-Grade Plasterer to join our growing team.

We specialise in high-end residential plastering and architectural interior linings throughout Sydney. Our projects include detailed new homes, major renovations, suspended ceilings, curved and raked features, ornate cornices, Level 5 finishes and other specialised architectural work.

We are looking for more than someone who can simply hang and set plasterboard. We want an experienced tradesman who values quality, works well within a team and is interested in building a long-term career with the company.

The Role

Your work will include:

• Plasterboard wall and ceiling installation
• Setting, sanding and finishing
• Suspended ceiling systems
• Bulkheads, pelmets and architectural details
• Square-set and shadow-line finishes
• Level 4 and Level 5 finishes
• Curved, raked and feature ceilings
• Wet-area and fibre-cement linings
• Acoustic and fire-rated systems
• Cornices, mouldings and decorative features
• Microcement and Venetian plaster application, with training available
• Reading plans and working from detailed specifications
• Coordinating your work with builders, supervisors and other trades
• Taking responsibility for your work areas and assigned tasks

What We’re Looking For

The successful applicant will:

• Be a qualified plasterer or have extensive proven industry experience
• Be highly competent in both sheeting and setting
• Have experience working on detailed residential projects
• Produce consistently high-quality finishes
• Have excellent attention to detail
• Take pride in their workmanship and presentation
• Be reliable, honest and punctual
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Be able to read plans and understand construction details
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe work area
• Hold a current Australian driver’s licence
• Have reliable transport
• Hold a current White Card
• Have their own standard hand tools
• Be legally entitled to work in Australia

Experience with Level 5 finishes, suspended ceilings, detailed architectural plastering, microcement or Venetian plaster will be highly regarded. Training in specialist finishes is available for the right person.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
