About the role
Mildura Family Dental is looking for a motivated new graduate dentist to join a busy, high-performing practice. This is a full-time position offering genuine, consistent patient flow to accelerate your clinical development from day one, working alongside specialists who will invest in your growth.
Key responsibilities
Provide general dentistry services across a comprehensive scope of treatment
Develop surgical and periodontal skills under specialist guidance
Participate in regular case reviews and check-ins with the principal dentist
Work with a highly trained reception team to manage patient flow and recalls
Utilise modern practice equipment including CEREC, rotary endo, digital X-rays and OPG
About you
Recent dental graduate or dentist in their first 1-2 years of practice
AHPRA registered (or eligible) and right to work in Australia, or eligible for sponsorship
Hungry to learn, grow and develop across a comprehensive scope of general dentistry
Financially motivated and keen to build your billings
Team player who thrives in a collaborative, supportive clinical environment
Keen to develop surgical and periodontal skills under specialist guidance
