A well-established, privately owned Australian business with a strong national presence is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join their Eastern Creek operation. With decades of industry experience, the business has built a strong reputation for quality building hardware products, exceptional service and long-standing customer relationships.
 
About The Role
This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing daily warehouse operations, inventory, order fulfilment, dispatch, safety and team performance. Your key responsibilities include: 

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations and workflow.
• Lead, coach and motivate the warehouse team.
• Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through stocktakes, cycle counts and audits.
• Coordinate freight, loading schedules and company transfers.
• Operate counterbalance and high-reach forklifts as required.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs and identify process improvements.
• Promote and maintain high WHS, housekeeping and quality standards.

About You
You will be a proactive, hands-on warehouse leader with:

• Previous Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader or Senior Warehouse experience.
• Current LF Forklift Licence with counterbalance and high-reach experience.
• Strong knowledge of inventory and warehouse operations.
• WMS/ERP or inventory system experience.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• A solid understanding of WHS requirements.
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
