Telescope Tyres Group is a leading regional tyre and automotive business servicing retail, commercial, agricultural and earthmoving customers across New South Wales. We pride ourselves on reliable workmanship, quality service and strong, long-term customer relationships.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Tyre Technician to join our Central Coast branch.

This is a varied, hands-on role combining in-store tyre fitting and workshop duties with mobile field servicing and breakdown work. You will work across a broad range of vehicles and equipment while supporting the branch in delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Fitting, repairing, rotating and balancing tyres in the workshop

• Providing mobile tyre fitting and repair services at customer sites

• Servicing passenger vehicles, 4WDs, light commercial vehicles and truck fleets

• Working with agricultural and earthmoving tyres when required

• Diagnosing tyre wear, damage and related issues

• Responding to breakdowns and urgent service callouts

• Providing professional advice and excellent customer service

• Completing job records and service documentation accurately

• Maintaining service vehicles, equipment and work areas

• Following all WHS and company safety requirements

• Supporting the branch team with its daily workload and performance targets

Skills and Experience

• Strong tyre-fitting experience is essential

• Experience with commercial truck tyres is highly regarded

• Agricultural and earthmoving tyre experience would be an advantage

• Ability to work effectively in both workshop and mobile service environments

• Ability to work independently and manage daily priorities

• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills

• Professional presentation and a customer-focused attitude

• Current driver’s licence

• Current HR or MR licence is desirable

• Strong commitment to safety, quality and teamwork
