As a Glove & Barrier Lineworker, you will be responsible for the construction and maintenance of electricity distribution networks, including live-line work using glove and barrier methods, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient power supply to residential, commercial, and industrial customers across Victoria.

Key duties include:

• Construction and maintenance of overhead electricity networks

• Performing live-line work using glove and barrier techniques in accordance with industry standards and procedures

• Safe operation of plant, equipment, and tools

• Working to established safety, quality, and productivity standards

• Supporting the delivery of network reliability and customer outcomes

• Working collaboratively as part of a high-performing field team

To be successful, you will have:

• Certificate III in ESI Distribution (Powerline)

• Current Glove & Barrier accreditation and demonstrated experience performing live-line work

• Experience in electricity distribution construction and maintenance

• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety

• Current High Risk Work Licence

• Construction White Card

• Ability to meet project productivity and quality targets

• Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship

• Forklift Licence

• Dogging Ticket

• Chainsaw Ticket

• Additional relevant industry qualifications
